Schedule

The Middle School Football Performance Class is designed to introduce student athletes to proper training habits while preparing them for the physical and mental demands of high school athletics. This class focuses on fundamental strength training, speed development, mobility, coordination, and injury prevention, all taught in a safe, age appropriate environment.

In addition to physical development, athletes will learn the importance of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and effort, while building confidence and a strong work ethic. The class serves as an early bridge into the East Kentwood Football program, helping students understand expectations and develop habits that support overall success.
