• Program has been developed by East Kentwood Assistant Varsity Coach Amador Diaz who is also a lead trainer at Sluggers Sports Academy. Coach Diaz is Driveline certified coach and the program draws inspiration from Driveline but also Coach Diaz’s 20 plus years of experience coaching and training athletes. Coach Diaz will be assisted by other EK Varsity coaches. 

• Program is designed to teach proper arm care, increase arm strength, improve throwing velocity for both position players and pitchers alike, and improve throwing mechanics. 

• Program is open to East Kentwood 7th-12th grade athletes. 

Times and Dates:

Tuesday and Thursdays 3:45-4:45 PM starting December 2, 2026 - December 18, 2026.
